Tehran is ready to restart nuclear negotiations with the United States as long as it is handled with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

Abbas Araghchi declared only diplomacy worked, and revealed new appeals had come from mediators to restart talks with the American leadership.
